Leading council was Held under the Chairmanship of the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Shiekh Ul Hadith Mawlawi Nida Mohammad Nadeem.
At the beginning of the meeting, the acting minister suggested the members of the leadership council to consulting and coordinating with each other for the improvement of affairs, and told them share all the crucial tips related to affairs with the related departments.
Furthermore, the decisions of previous council were shortly reviewed, and heard the reports of the work done.

In conclusion, according to the agenda, some necessary decisions were made i.e. appointment and promotion of some teachers, the expenses of some teachers studying abroad, the improving of the economic status of private universities and institutions.
