Honourable Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Neda Mohammad Nadeem, Minister of Higher Education, delivered a comprehensive speech at a one-day scientific and religious seminar organized by the Paktia Education Directorate for school teachers during his official visit to Paktia Province.
The seminar was attended by Mawlavi Mehrullah Hamad, the governor of Pkatia, Deputy Minister of Education for Professional Affairs Mawlavi Sibatullah Wasil, government officials, and hundreds of teachers from Gardez city and various districts of Paktia.
In his speech, the Minister discussed Islamic governance, the responsibilities and rights of the Islamic leader, the importance of obedience, and the implementation of the principles of enjoining good and forbidding evil in society.
He emphasized the importance of sincerity and honesty among officials and encouraged teachers to learn, understand, and properly implement the issued decrees and regulations, as well as guide others toward their implementation.
