DEPUTY MINISTER ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE

Mr. Noor Ahmad Darwish has more than 14 years of working experience in operations, management and leadership of different donor related development programs, currently working as a Deputy Minister Admin and Finance for MOHE and previously has worked as a program director for Higher Education Development Program in the Ministry of Higher Education, the program funded by the World Bank through the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Funds and International Development Association. Having a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Kabul University, CPA from AICPA (Association of International Certified Public Accountant) Professional – the UK, Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson Education-UK. And INEMA Joint Degree (Research Masters in International Education Management) the University of Ludwigsburg Germany, and Helwan University, Egypt.
