On the 2nd day of the 1st International Conference on Green Revolution for Self-Sufficient Afghanistan, 62 research articles were presented by domestic and foreign experts.
On the second day of this conference, held at Afghanistan’s National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University (Anastu) by Kabul University, research papers were presented on topics such as developing and producing improved seeds, standardizing and modernizing agricultural land irrigation, agricultural economics, targeting and eliminating plant diseases, and finding markets for agricultural products to support the growth, standardization, and modernization of the country’s agriculture sector.
It is worth mentioning that in addition to domestic experts, specialists, policymakers, and industry leaders from Canada, Nigeria, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Qatar, Bangladesh, Turkey and Iran also attended the conference and shared their countries’ experiences with Afghanistan’s lecturers.
