Minister’s Statement
Mawlawi Nida Mohammad Nadim

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful

“Dear Fellow Citizens, The progress and comprehensive development of any nation depend on the strength of its higher education system. The four decades of war in Afghanistan, alongside other sectors of our beloved country, also inflicted significant damage on our academic and educational institutions. Alhamdulillah, under the Islamic system, these institutions have been revitalized, and the time has now come for us to work together, guided by Islamic values, and make tireless efforts toward achieving academic and educational self-sufficiency in Afghanistan. To build a self-reliant Afghanistan, it is essential to invest in the country's higher education institutions in a manner that meets national and international standards and responds effectively to the needs of society. Our goal is to establish a high-quality, standards-based higher education system in Afghanistan—one that meets the aspirations of society and earns the trust and confidence of the region and the world. Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh ”
