The leadership council of the Ministry of Higher Education was held under the chairmanship of the Acting Minister of Higher Education. 

At the beginning of the council, the esteemed Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Nida Mohammad Nadeem spoke about the benefits and value of obedience in Islam.
The respected Sheikh further stated that the Honorable Amir al-Mu'minin (may Allah preserve and protect him) always emphasizes unity and solidarity among Muslims in his gatherings, as unity arises from obedience and prevents division.

Subsequently, the council members, according to the agenda, held comprehensive discussions and made necessary decisions regarding the guideline on rewards and punishments in universities, full implementation of job descriptions by employees and ensuring their compliance, the guideline for reforming professional development centers, and some other topics were discussed.
