At the very commencement of the gathering, the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh ul Hadith Mawlavi Nida Mohammad Nadeem, expressed his pleasure about the ministry' daily affairs. Then, he gave details about the trip he took to the eastern zone of the country. "Teaching and the infrastructure affairs of the Nuristan Institute of Higher Education, Kunar, Nangarhar and Laghman universities were evaluated, and gave details about the policy of the Islamic Emirate to the officials, Ulema, students and public,"  the acting minister added.
Later, 
The recruitment of the teachers of the private educational institutions, and solutions for their problems were discussed.
In conclusion, they reviewed the previous decisions and conversed about some new topics.
