The National Conference on Islamic Culture commenced in the presence of the honorable leader of the Islamic Emirate, Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him), where approximately 2600 participants renewed their allegiance

The four-day National Conference titled “Teaching, Value, and Impacts of Islamic Culture Subjects” organized by the Nangarhar University under the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education at Kandahar University.
The conference was attended by the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh ul Hadith Mawlavi Nida Mohammad Nadeem, chairman of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, head of the Central Dar ul Iftah, chief of police of the Kandahar province, head of the Ulema Council (religious scholars) of Helmand province, the central directors of the Ministry of Higher Education, the chancellors of the universities, the deputies of the academic research and magazines, the deans and lecturers of the faculties of the Sharia and Islamic Culture, and the preachers of the of the department of the Guidance and Invitation.
During the opening of the conference, the honorable leader of the Islamic Emirate, Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him), said that such gatherings and conferences strengthen faith, and these assemblies are organized to benefit the religion.
He also emphasized the value of knowledge and said, “Knowledge and scholars are like the sun. A scholar must spread knowledge just as the sun spreads light to all.”
“Serve in the universities in a way that students become a source of both tangible and spiritual strength for the people. Convey knowledge to others, for the Messenger of Allah (SWT) preferred the gatherings of students over those of worshippers and those engaged in dhikr,” the honorable Amir al-Mu’minin said.
He stated, “We are obligated to seek the pleasure of Allah in all affairs. There is no good in pleasing people if it results in the displeasure of Allah. Therefore, The Afghan people waged jihad for twenty years for the sake of Allah’s pleasure and the establishment of the Islamic system. Now, they must not grow weary even if implementing this system requires a hundred more years of sacrifice.”
Also, he added that the disbelievers have been defeated in military jihad, and now they have started a propaganda war.
“I wish for you what I wish for myself. If you also wish for me what you wish for yourselves, then no enemy will find an opportunity to create discord among us, and the system will not face any challenges,” he addressed to the participants.
Besides, the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh ul Hadith Mawlavi Nida Mohammad Nadeem, expressed his gratitude for his presence at the conference, and he said that the gathering of the baya (allegiance) is to entrust the one’s life and wealth to the authority of the Amir (leader) of the Muslims, in return for the establishment of the Allah Almighty’s religion.
It is worth mentioning that approximately 2600 participants of the conference renewed their allegiance with full devotion and enthusiasm to the honorable leader of the Islamic Emirate, Amir al-Mu’minin, Sheikh al-Qur'an wal-Hadith, Mawlavi Hibatullah Akhundzada (may Allah protect him).
It should not be left untold that during the four days of the conference, 104 various academic and research papers related to Islamic Studies and Islamic Culture will be presented.
