The achievements and activities of the Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration Office

• Creating and designing the formation of the ministry.
• Planning and designing the combat against corruption.
• Conducting training programs for the enhancing of capacity building program.
• In the cooperation with Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit Organization, creating implementing plan to simplify the process and provide better services.
• The evaluation, implementation and designing of the ministry’s website, social networks, magazines and calendar.
• Constant monitoring of the implementation of the infrastructure projects of the center of the ministry, and secondary units of the provinces.
• Signing contracts of the hostels, universities and teaching hospitals.

• Signing the contracts of the internet and websites of the central universities and secondary units with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.

• Gatherings under the chairmanship of the deputy minister for the financial independence of the universities.
•  Conducting the committees for the monitoring and creating of the normal and development budget.
• Creating constant gathering under the chairmanship of the deputy minister to solve the issues, problems and conflicts.
• Organizing weekly meetings.
• Constant monitoring of the teaching hospitals, hostels of the provinces.
• For the universities and hospitals, organizing meetings with ambassadors and chairmen of the international organizations in order to get their helps.
• Taking continuous trips to provinces for the aim of assessing the administrative affairs and hostels.
• Constant traveling to provinces for taking the exam from the Ulema, and recruiting the teachers for the faculty of Sharia.
• Conducting meetings with the chairmen of the teaching hospitals regarding their problems.
• Constant reference of the ministry staff, secondary units and provincial applicants regarding sharing and solving problems with the Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration.
• Signing the official document of commodities of the center and secondary units.
• Signing agreement with governmental firms in order to supply food to the hostels of the universities.   
• In order to make the process of documents easier for the graduated students,   conducting initial meetings for signing agreement with Afghan Post.
• Taking part in the commission for the feasibility assessment, survey, damns and detailed plan of the hydro-technical establishments under the chairmanship of the assistant for finance and administration.
