Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs called on Sohail Shaheen, Head of the Political Office of the Islamic Emirate in Qatar at his Office at the Ministry of Higher Education

In the very commencement, Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs, Dr. Latfuallah Khairkhwa gave details about the educational system, and discussed the activities and achievements of the ministry. 
Moreover, in this meeting, both parties discussed ways to improve the capacity of Afghan academic cadres studying abroad, having strong relations with international universities, to sharing experiences, and discussed ways to improve higher education.
